   Website visitors: the details you send through the contact form, and basic technical logs kept by our hosting provider. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

   Service users: account details, the content you add (events, announcements, photos), device information needed to run the display, and the city you choose for weather. ThiraiOne has no camera or microphone.

2. How we use it

   To respond to enquiries, provide and support the service, and keep it secure. We do not sell personal information.

3. Service providers

   We use trusted processors for hosting, storage and weather data. Data is separated per organization with row-level security.

4. Your organization

   If ThiraiOne is provided by your organization, it controls the content shown on its displays and who can access it.

5. Retention

   We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by law.

6. Security

   We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure.

7. Your rights

   You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing privacy@thiraione.com.

8. Children

   The service is not directed at children under 13 and accounts are managed by adults.
