   You are responsible for your account, for the people you invite and for keeping your login secure.

   You keep ownership of the events, announcements and photos you add, and give us permission to store and display them to provide the service.

3. Acceptable use

   Do not use ThiraiOne for unlawful, harmful or infringing content, or to interfere with the service.

4. Displays

   Hardware is covered by the warranty supplied with it. Install displays safely and follow the mounting instructions.

5. Fees and pilots

   Fees are set out in your quote. Pilots run for the agreed period and scope.

6. Availability

   We aim for high availability but the service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

7. Disclaimers

   Weather information and Tamil calendar dates are provided for convenience; please verify important dates and conditions.

8. Liability

   To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

   You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

10. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India having jurisdiction.
